My brain was sharing space with a large pineal gland cystic mass, but it was not welcome to stay! This is my story of how I became my own best medical advocate, did my own research, and worked to dispel the medical myth that these cysts are incidental findings and do not cause symptoms. Personal experience and my research reveals this is not true. Many people suffer because this myth perpetuates and they don't get the care they need. I'm going to help change that by sharing my experience.
